Learn
Find help, safety notes, and practical turning references.
Use Learn when you want mentor help, beginner direction, safety reminders, handouts, or demo and class follow-up material.
Mentor introductions often start faster in person than by email.

How to get mentor help
Before you reach out
- Know the project, tool, or technique you want help with.
- Note your current level: beginner, intermediate, or advanced.
- Pick one or two likely mentors from the directory.
Request an introduction
The directory does not publish direct mentor emails. Use the club contact for an introduction, or ask at the next meeting or open shop session so someone can match you with the right mentor quickly.
